We had our shallow well for irrigation repaired two months ago by a well drilling service out of Swansboro. They replaced the pump, tank and piping but it was not working three weeks later and no response from them for over three weeks leaving texts and voicemails. My wife asked on Facebook for recommendations and had one inside of twenty minutes from a friend for Anderson Plumbing and Sewer. I called them and talked to Ben who sent Kevin out the next morning and gave me an estimate. Kevin told me that the tank that was put in was an air tank and not a water tank causing the bladder to fail. From talking to the nice person who scheduled our service to receiving the completed and paid invoice from Devin, our plumber, I was thoroughly impressed. Devin showed up to our duplex in a timely manner, in uniform, and got to work on the job estimate. I was notified of the price BEFORE he started work, which was wonderful. He was very personable and honest. He let me know all of the available options concerning completing the job, which I greatly appreciated! He completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up his work areas, and both of our bathrooms look beautiful and function 100%! 5/5 stars!!
Work done: resetting toilets after new flooring was installed.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from Anderson Plumbing and Devin in particular. His courtesy and professionalism set me at easy immediately, as I often get overwhelmed when things breakdown but what impressed me above all was his "out of the box" thinking and his willingness to go the extra mile to overcome the unique challenges of my older home. I can honestly say that he provided services well beyond his scope of responsibility to assist me and I am beyond grateful.
