I sent in a request last night and he called within the hour. He was able to come first thing this morning (carrying heavy stuff up to my 3rd floor apartment!) and efficiently complete the task. Edmond has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. He’s pleasant and respectful and very knowledgeable in his field of work. His rates are reasonable for the amount of quality you get! Thank you again!
I originally called Alpha and Omega Carpet Care to schedule a deep clean of my carpets in my new townhome. I was pleased to hear from Ed that they also do deep cleanings of entire homes as well. I called on a Saturday morning and Ed was able to schedule me last minute for the next day in the early morning. Ed and his team were professional, on-time, and extremely thorough with the cleaning. Not to mention that the price was reasonable and fair for all of the services rendered. You will not be disappointed. I am going to continue to use Alpha and Omega Carpet care for routine maintenance. Thanks Ed for the great service!
Up all night dealing with A leaking ceiling, "Thank God?!!! Ed? came!!!!! Ed was absolutely a professional, a gentleman, time efficient and was even considerate enough to leave the machine outside so that the noise wouldn't wake my grandbaby. Thank you So much @ 4am Mr.Ed
