Pam and Wendy are absolutely amazing! They work hard to help me find the perfect fit and best pricing, they follow up with me to make sure I’m still happy with my purchase and are always friendly and inviting and go above and beyond in their customer service. I love the wide variety of frames to choose from as well as the customization options. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Two of us went in to get eye exams and then pick out frames. We got our appointment surprisingly quickly after being told by other eye centers that appointments were nearly a month out. Dr. Molnar and Michelle were great for the eye exam. Definitely on time, and things went smoothly and quickly. Then we went over to see Shirley and pick out frames. She is very efficient and FUNNY! She made several suggestions which were all good ones. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the vision center at Walmart.

Shirley and the crew at Walmart Vision Center have been so professional, so understanding and so very caring about getting my eyeglasses right! Also, the prices are lower than area vision centers (I compare, you should too). Shirley has worked tirelessly with me and my wife through out the process of picking out the right frames, ordering the glasses and adjusting to fit properly. The glasses came in in a matter of days, not weeks. I highly recommend the Walmart Vision Center and the staff at the New Bern Walmart!
