Both Dr. Knowles and Dr. Natalie have received particular praise for their exceptional care. However, it is noted that it can be difficult to get through on the phone due to frequent busy signals or long hold times. Despite this, the clinic has been successful in making many pets and their owners happy, as exemplified by a comment from a satisfied pet owner whose pet, Lucy, was comforted by Dr. Shelton's love for animals.
Recently lost one of my dogs very unexpectedly. Calling the vet office to notify them never crossed by mind but around 4 days after Molly passed, I got a letter in the mail from the clinic saying how sorry they were for our loss. New Bern is a small town but the fact that they had a staff member who knew what had happened and made sure we got a card meant everything at a time I was struggling very significantly. Dr. Shelton, Kristin and Jill are always helpful and willing to deal with all of my questions.
I'm looking a vet for my cat. I went there and the girls at the desk were so kind and thoughtful. I bought flea meds for my girl. Even though I'm not a patient they let me buy it. I appreciated that!
Everyone is very professional and courteous, I've been a patient owner with this clinic for decades and they've always been wonderful whether they're fixing our cat's teeth or helping my dogs cross the rainbow bridge...Dr. Shelton and Dr. Knowles(ret.) Have been absolutely amazing for us. Thank you so much for helping us and everyone's pets y'all have helped over the years
