will not be returning since John left. i decided to give another one of their techs a chance and they charged me and extra $5 to FILE my nails on a REFILL. is filing nails not a basic part of any manicure? they will find any little reason to up charge you. oh and you can schedule an appointment all you want but they’ll still take walk ins ahead of you and have you sitting in their chair waiting for them for 15 minutes after the appt time was supposed to begin. overall very unprofessional and their customer service is non existent. i will miss you john!!

My first time coming to a nail salon since moving to New Bern. John did my nails. Normally, I’m not good at conversation because I’m too shy, but it was so easy to talk with him and he took his time making sure my nails were good and that I was comfortable and relaxed. The whole atmosphere in the salon was relaxing, actually. Looks like I find my go-to salon and artist! Thank you, John!Service: Acrylic nails

Would be 5 stars but it was a bit pricey. Was $40 for a polish change and nail fix. No fill. Had come day prior for fill. Paid $60 for a fill with designs. Nail shape is on point. Pedicure was 5 stars and not much of a wait. I will be back..just maybe not as often as I used to for the price point.
