“I began my experience with Balanced Hands & Bodywork, LLC by Googling several massage and spa providers in New Bern NC. After many were booked for the weekend of the 1st, I actually got a call back from Michelle who also informed me they were booked. However, after I explained my wife and I were in town for a marriage retreat and I wanted to do something special for her, she squeezed us in. She had me hooked! When we arrived things got even better. We were greeted by Heather upon entering and being immediately relaxed and calmed by the ambiance and aromatherapy. She was so pleasant and inviting and knowledgeable. We sat in the relaxation room for a few minutes and Heather returned with Casey. Equally kind and genuine, she informed us that she had reviewed our intake information and assured us we would be pleased with our services. Heather even offered to give us the 45 minute service knowing it would be tight and may back them up for the day. I'm a barber so I was really impressed by this gesture. We declined. I wish we had gotten the 45 minutes! Long story short, we were Wowed and Enamored and Blown away by the levels of Professionalism and Genuine Connection from All 3 Beautiful Spirits we encountered at Balanced Hands! The Services were A1. We plan to make a monthly trip for Massages. Thank you Michelle Heather and Casey.“

“Amazing experience! We made a day drip to New Bern just to see Lynn. Made it a group trip. Lynn spent time getting to know each of our needs. Never felt rushed from one session to next. Lynn was excellent at explaining what cranialsacral therapy is. Lynn is very gifted, and present throughout the session. The affect for me was definitely noticeable. And it was noticeable for days after. We traveled a few hours to get there and I will do it again for sure. I struggle with spine and autoimmune issues. This would be an important part of a care plan for anyone struggling with chronic pain. If you are not close consider making a trip. It's definitely worth it. Lynn is a blessing.“

“Mariah was wonderful! I'd never been here before but family recommended it. I had recently traveled and had a few side affects from it that were making me miserable. Mariah was understanding and worked with me to get the fluid retention down in my legs to a comfortable level, and she helped me with suggestions on how to combat it on future trips. I learned to be more careful with airline travel and to be better at hydration. She was sweet, intelligent and made me feel better almost immediately.
