“It is so nice to find a company that is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and shows up on time. We are thrilled with the work Elks did for us and are so happy we found them. We made an appointment for an estimate, Brian pulled in he driveway at the exact time stated. He looked over and discussed the drainage/flooding issues we were having and made a few suggestions. Before he left we had our estimate. My husband and I discussed it and decided to have our downspouts tied in to the drainage lines also and moved where the drain boxes would be placed. Brian happily came out again, walked through what we wanted and sent an updated estimate. We also had them fill in some low flooding areas all around our yard.The crew that came to do the work was great! They are also professional, friendly and make sure to get the angle of the lines correct. After our first rain a few days later we saw what we thought was a problem. I sent a text to Brian and my phone rang immediately. He was here the very next day with a new pop up head thinking the one that was installed wasn't working correctly. After running the garden hose through the line to test it we figured out that the pop up just wasn't going to work there for that situation which was no fault of theirs. Brian was back the next day with an extention pipe and drain cap and dug the line a few more feet out to the ditch like our other line. He truly wants full satisfaction and everything working properly. We've had several downpours of rain and for the first time in decades we don't have any flooding issues or standing water. Our yard drains perfectly! We absolutely recommend them to everyone and have several neighbors that will be calling them also. I wish we had done this years ago!
