I have used Ross Beebe and inter Banks Properties for both buying and selling of property and as rental agent and have found Ross competent and responsive in a business-like manner. I will use Ross again if need arises.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ross Beebe, and the interaction was wonderful. Ross always had my best interest at heart and would provide me with detailed explanation on any concern that I had regarding several properties. He is not a person who is looking to just make money, he is a person who strives to make his customers happy and comfortable with their decision to purchase property. I would recommend him if your looking at any Realistate.

I learned about Inner Banks Properties from my attorney who recommended Ross as someone who could help me sell land I own in New Bern/Havelock. I had asked him if he knew of a Realtor who could help me figure out a plan to sell the properties, telling him I wanted work with someone I could trust and who would partner with me in the process. It was this last part about partnering that mattered most to me. I had worked with other Realtors in the past and been disappointed by their limited communications, lack of responsiveness and inability (or unwillingness) to strategize with me about various options to consider. I have had none of those issues with Ross. He has no problem responding to emails and communicates information clearly and concisely. He and I have had numerous conversations about the New Bern market activity and approaches I could take now and in the future to sell property. Since I don't live in New Bern, I depend on him and the information he provides. I have always felt that my concerns were important to him and that he was invested in getting me the outcome I want. I definitely feel as though I have a partner in Ross, and I can recommend him without reservation. As my attorney said to me when he suggested Ross, "He's one of the good ones."
