Best Heating & Air Conditioning / HVAC In New Bern

“Wow! Wow! As most people know, finding a competent, honest, and reliable HVAC professional is virtually impossible. I mean, most of us have heard the horror stories of being overcharged, experiencing unnecessary repairs, and dealing with poor workmanship.<br><br>Unfortunately, my relatively new HVAC system went down a couple of weeks ago. We called the original installer, who made it quite difficult to get support. The company stated that only the part was covered under warranty, not labor. We were informed that the necessary part would take at least 3-4 weeks to arrive before they could try to schedule an appointment for us.<br><br>Luckily, my wife found Community Cooling and Heating through an online search. I spoke to Mark, the owner, who made it a priority to help us get our system back to working condition. Although my system was under warranty, it only covered the part. Mark was able to find a replacement part the next day! He even scheduled a time to come to our home on Saturday to repair the system. Who does this? I mean, this is beyond the call of duty.<br><br>Mark arrived on time, repaired our system, and charged a fair price for his work. I would HIGHLY recommend and encourage anyone wanting to find a competent, honest, and professional HVAC tech to call Community Cooling and Heating. There needs to be more people like this in the industry. Thank goodness Mark is available. Incredible!!!“
