I reached out to Home Instead in New Bern a year and a half ago for part time care for my elderly father who lives alone. Peg, the care coordinator, was extremely accommodating and available. Diane, Dad's care giver for the past year, has been so incredibly kind and clearly has had a lot of experience with elderly people. Monica, the scheduler, is very organized and responsive. Everyone I have encountered so far in the organization really seems committed to meeting the needs of those they serve. I am so grateful for them!
