I have been going to Eastern Dermatology for over 5 years. During that time the staff has been courteous, professional and attentive. I am very satisfied with the care they have provided me.

Dr. Nelson was a true professional. Great ability to relay information without being condescending. Very respectful of children - informed them of what was needed for exam and waited for their response. The nurse, check-in/check-out staff were awesome as well. Efficient and nice without being fake.

The office manager ( Maggie) I think is absolutely the best.I got in touch with her after being seen at the New Been location. She promptly got to the root of the problem and made sure everyone involved was spoken to. Unfortunately, the complete skin exam still needed to done. She said I could reschedule a new appointment at another location. I had just paid $120 for services less than satisfactory and now have to pay again. Maggie got in touch with my insurance and now I have a credit to be seen in September. THANK YOU for going the extra mile to see that your patient's are taken care of.
