I am so pleased with my visit and grateful to have the surgery well taken care of. The entire staff worked with sincere and kind efforts. I know I am very lucky to be a patient with Dermatologisty Associates.
I am known for giving one star reviews but I must give these people five stars. I drove from Kinston to have a dermatology surgery with excision. What could have been very traumatic was not. Dr. McClellan was very personable and Jordan, the girl who was with me most of the time, answered my questions. Everyone had my comfort and well being in mind. Ladies at the front who took payments were pleasant. No one was rude or condescending. Beautiful office and easy parking. My procedure was bloody but interesting to watch.
I was a new patient and had an easy experience booking the appointment. Upon arrival, all staff were friendly and efficient. I was seen immediately and PA Lauren did an excellent job checking my skin, answering questions, and offering her expertise.
