Wow! Wow! As most people know, finding a competent, honest, and reliable HVAC professional is virtually impossible. I mean, most of us have heard the horror stories of being overcharged, experiencing unnecessary repairs, and dealing with poor workmanship.
Unfortunately, my relatively new HVAC system went down a couple of weeks ago. We called the original installer, who made it quite difficult to get support. The company stated that only the part was covered under warranty, not labor. We were informed that the necessary part would take at least 3-4 weeks to arrive before they could try to schedule an appointment for us.
Our a/c kept shutting off with water in the pan. Have had issues for the last few years with our a/c. Mark answered the phone and right off the bat asked a few questions and gave me information over the phone on what could be happening. He was able to come out the same day and found the fan in the air handler and the air handler/evaporator coils covered in grim. He cleaned it out and for the first time in years we have great airflow coming from our vents. Mark gave us great information and explained a lot about our system. We will definitely continue to use him!!

My central air conditioner went out and I searched Google Maps for somebody that was close by.
I saw a lot to choose from, but Google Stars give me confidence and Community Cooling and Heating had all five stars and plenty of reviews. I really use those stars and reviews to decide on a business to utilize.
I left a message call me back and in about two hours, Mark returned my call. I explained the trouble and he said he could come by the next day. I watched as he began to troubleshoot my problem outside and in my attic. The problem was simply the system I had was the original when the home was constructed.
