They did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing a stubborn leak that others had struggled to resolve. Thanks to their expertise, my AC is now running cold again. The main coil to my HVAC failed and needed a warrantied repair. I contacted another company first, but quickly pivoted to Comfort Air when the first company showed a lack of urgency. From first contact with Chris, I knew I was in good hands.
Chris understood my problem and proposed a fix, but warned sourcing the needed part from the manufacturer could take as much as 2 - 3 weeks.
Fast forward 2 days and Chris reached out to inform me she'd received the part and could install it at my earliest convenience (talk about under promise and over deliver!).
