I called Colonial Capital Plumbing yesterday morning as we were having a problem with the water pump under the house. Colonial Capital plumbing techs were at my house ready to work at 12:00. The techs, Randy and Tony, were on time, very professional and working on the pump within minutes. They replaced the water tank and did an outstanding job, at a truly fair price. If you have a well with a well pump under your house, and need repairs, they are the plumbers you need to call. I will refer David and Tony from CCPS to anyone I know.
These guys are RELIABLE and GOOD! First time had water “running” non stop in toilet, called multiple plumbers (Friday 4pm) most didn’t answer, Colonial Capital did and came out immediately at no overtime extra charge! Now 6 months later called them at 8:30am Friday (for leaky shower) arrived by 9:30, still in process of repair… I will always call COLONIAL CAPITAL PLUMBING for my plumbing needs.
I cannot recommend Colonial Capital Plumbing enough! I called them on a Monday morning about an issue with my water heater. They came out that day to assess the situation and determine that the unit needed to be replaced. They worked with my schedule and were there the next day when they said they would be and replaced the unit. The crew left the work area clean, and explained to me the details on my new unit and the needed routine maintenance.The crew was quick, efficient, professional and clean! The communication for the entire process was amazing and they are the only plumbing professionals I will be calling for any future needs.
