This is an amazing office with an incredible staff. I’m very thankful that they’re patient and explain things fully. The girl Danielle was also very knowledgeable and helped with my questions. Great experience and plan to come back.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend for all your eye needs, glasses, contacts, etc. If you ever have something going on with your eyes this is the place I would want to take care of me.

So far, I would recommend *for patient care* but not for front desk customer service. While her appointment with Dr. Ouano went very well, initial impression was….this place needs a thorough review of administrative personnel. My mother called 5 times and left 4 voicemails over a 10-day span - to be told an appointment could only be made after medical documents arrive from your previous office. Apparently no one was able to pick up a phone? Guys - you can do better.
