ER: Takes forever to get treated and pricy for nothing. $400 bill for 4 hour wait with no prescription or treatment. They checked hearing, heart, eyes and lungs. (With insurance) Birth: Gave birth to our first child. Nurses & Doctors for delivery was pleasant and smooth! Nurse Jennifer was our main nurse, nice at first but very forceful with opinion and overly hands on. Beware and Be careful. She miss diagnosed and lied to head nurse. Made my partner and I feel left out and trapped. We will never go back.

My mom is a patient there right now. She has been there for the past week. The employees and the care are more than sub-par. She asks questions and gets no answers. They ignore her and don't follow up with her questions and requests. They don't care. They told my mom that I shouldn't call them. They could care less. They do their respective jobs and go home. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This is in regards to your Vanceboro CarolinaEast Internal Medicine location. Finally with health insurance, I showed up 1/11/24, desperate for an appointment. I got scheduled for 3/20/24. Then I received a call and that same appointment was rescheduled for 4/2 at 8:30am. I showed up to my appointment at 8:33am. Which is miraculous in itself, considering my myriad of health ailments, how much of a painful fight it is for me to even get out of bed, and how much I've been struggling to exist - not to mention the distance I had to travel. Was in the door by 8:34am. Was assisted by Amy at the front desk by 8:35. The provider yelled down the hall that I needed to be rescheduled.... read full review
