Cabinetry in New Bern

“My wife and I have never completed a kitchen reno project before and were looking for someone to guide us and educate us through the project. We were contacted the same day and sent over some basic information on thier process and what to exepct. In the information was a list of references fro prior work done as well as pictures of thier work portfolio. Once we were satisified that we wanted to continue we were handed off to thier in house designer Meg. She did a WONDERFUL job talkings us through and helping us discover what our tastes were. We looked at a variety of samples and styles and really appreciated the time and attention she took with us to help us design our kitchen. She did a great job of managing our expectations and budget a helped us develop a comprensive plan for our project.On the day of the project beginning, Dennis (who is also the owner) arrived 10mins early and was prepared to begin immediately. He worked hard for 5 days straight and got a bulk of the work done so that our countertops could be measured. Once the project was in a holding pattern he did great job of communicating when work would continue. Once counter tops were ready he showed back up and worked contouely until the project was done. We had a issue with our existing floor being damaged during constuction and we worked out the issue to get the floor replaced at minimal extra project cost.After the project was finished he followed up with us several times to make sure eveything was satisifactory. We had a few issues with our cabinet doors and he came out as soon as he was availble made additional adjustments. We also had an issue with one of our new lights and he replaced it free of charge.Dennis and is his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We really appreciated his throughouness and desire to help teach us about the home remodeling process. We would highly recommend him!!!“
