We were struggling with a solar/PV-battery system that was configured wrong, resulting in a near-total loss of voltage in the battery and a shutdown of the PV system. Josh at C-Phase Electric arrived onsite, connected with the manufacturer over the phone and expertly troubleshot the problem. He came as planned a few days later to check on the battery's progress and finish the work. I commend Josh for his commitment, timeliness and friendliness. I called at 8:00am about a wall switch throwing the circuit breaker. A very pleasant and responsive person answered and said Josh could come that same day between 10 and 11:00. He arrived promptly at 10:00, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired by 11:00am. Everyone was kind, informative, clearly knowledgeable and amazingly responsive. Great work and great service. Josh was great, had an emergency come up with one of my company’s jobs, nobody else could get to it, but Josh was there within an hour and got his crew to go fix the issue same day. Great work ethic!!!
