I don't often write reviews, but after Big Kahuna's performance over the last couple months I felt compelled to. While installing a pool next door, they had to utilize my yard to install the actual pool and bring in other supplies via heavy equipment. Chris said he'd repair any damage to my yard. He went above and beyond repairing.......my back yard looks WAY better than before. And the pool next door looks amazing. I highly recommend Big Kahuna for your pool needs. I love this place I have been coming here for five years or so and have never been dissatisfied with the services. I always used the chemicals they have told me to use and my pool is still looking brand new. The water is pretty clear every year when I battle to get the cover off 😂. I have to start pumping it off a week early and then get the tractor! Thanks for your great service and the kind ladies that always guide me in the right direction and l appreciate all the time they spend with me and they love Cookie!! My baby Poodles!!
We highly recommend Big Kahuna Pools! Chris designed us a vinyl lined pool that was customized to meet my husband’s disability needs. Our deep end has a bench that allow swimmers to get out without needing a ladder since my husband can’t use one. His crew was very professional, hard working and cleaned up after themselves each day. Chris made recommendations we hadn’t thought of and no pressure tactics or upselling on anything. Chris communicated with us every phase/milestone. We’ve had zero problems with our pool.
