Amazing instruction, one of the best experiences with yoga I've ever had in New Bern. I went to the Myasore class- first time ever. I felt the authentic mind & body, meditative experience intertwined within a welcoming environment- I absolutely loved it. I also loved the instruction with breathing techniques- I will definitely be back
