The best office in the area! Not only do they get my pets in the same day when unexpectedly sick, but the entire staff is amazing! Dr. Kelly and Dr.Wheelis are wonderful. The entire staff is patient with my scared of her shadow dog and take the time to make her comfortable relaxed. The office staff is friendly and personable and the entire experience is great every time we go in. Thank you to the entire staff!
Dr. Wheelis and everyone at the Animal Hospital of New Bern are the most caring people for your precious pet. We have a Boston Terrier who is a diva, and they all deal with her so well. And what other vet do you know who has his cell phone number on the front door? One weekend I called him 3 times, and apologized profusely every time. He was gracious, sincere and helped me with patience and kindness. The office staff is marvelous too. Can't say enough good things!!
Absolutely love this place. Staff treats our dogs like their own. Cheese is gonna miss seeing his friends whenever he goes in. Do not hesitate to give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed.
