I love this yoga studio! I’m a big fan of Hot yoga and the classes here are probably some of the best heated classes I’ve taken. The temp is always to perfection and the instructors (the ones I’ve taken so far) have all been wonderful. I also love that they offer the infrared sauna! It’s so relaxing and the staff is always super helpful and friendly when explaining how to work it.
What a great studio. All classes are hot, in a lovely room, with plenty of space. Go early and pick up some thoughtful gifts. There is a sauna and cold plunge available as well. Clean, friendly and easy to book drop ins, if needed. Highly recommend.
Wonderful gentle class by Denny. Her calm vibe and depth of experience are clear. She played soothing music and I could hear her guidance clearly in a very full class. Love the essential oil infused cool wet cloth at the end. Feel great. Relaxed and grounded. Will definitely be back!
