“After checking into our vacation house rental in Corolla we found considerable roof and water damage to the property from Dorian. We were quite frustrated with the realtor's lack of proper inspection and subsequent concern that there was considerable damage found.The only good thing I can say about the realtor is they finally contacted OBX Services and Jason Johnson was sent to the property. He was thorough, pleasant and noted at all of the damage. He was able to get a quicker, more appropriate response from the realtor.The property owners were lucky. He undoubledly saved them delays and further damage due realtor's poor interaction with renters.“
