I had a terrible experience with bad hair extensions placed at another salon, I contacted urban salon asking if they could possibly help. They got back to me in less than 24 hours, and scheduled me to come in within 3 days! They worked for almost 5 hours on my hair and completely fixed someone's else's mess and I am now in love with my hair. Tamala and Katherine were so kind and helpful, validating my concerns with my extensions. Amazing and super friendly staff, even the girls that weren't working on my hair all seemed so sweet. I’m new to Murphy and very concerned about finding a great hairstylist. I found her. Lucy is a rock star. I provided a picture and she cut my hair exactly as I asked. She’s professional, highly talented and fun. I highly recommend her.

Luciany gave me exactly the hair I wanted! She was incredibly kind and I was at total ease the entire time. She clearly knows what she's doing and knows how to deliver a quality cut which I've enjoyed nonstop in the last few weeks. Can't wait to go back!
