I love this place have been a loyal customer since the opening day. I was actually their first customer. I am always treated amazing. I have been there when it has been very busy and they always take customers in order no one ahead of others. I feel that they treat each customer fair and I always get many compliments on my nails. I have been there when customers have gotten upset but they still take them in order.
The customer service was amazing. My acrylics were exactly what I asked for. The only issue is that I have a pretty bad infection after my pedicure. I would say they could go a little easier on the digging for ingrown toenails because I started to bleed on the toe that is now pretty badly infected. I can’t say the infection was particularly from them since I didn’t come home and immediately clean it (didn’t really think much of it until that night when it started to swell and then pus the next day)
Wonderful customer service, great care, good communication, best pedicure I’ve received in a long time. I’ve been multiple times already and will continue to recommend NC Nails.
