Two and a half years after first using Carroll’s Mountainside Electric, we had need of their services again.Doug and another gentleman arrived on time and had our issues resolved quickly. After seeing a Facebook post about the excellent service received from this company, I decided to give them a try. I called and scheduled an appointment. I couldn’t believe it when I received a call a full day early to see if they could come. Ryan was the young man that came. He completed our job in less than an hour. Ryan was personable and respectful, and even removed his shoes to come inside. Ryan is a great example of excellent customer service. I won’t hesitate to call them again. Thank you, Ryan!
