My septic alarm went off and I called them. They sent someone right away and fixed it quickly. My alarm light didn't turn off but I had 2 people respond and try to help. They fixed the issue easily and everything is great. Amazing customer service! Thank you!
It was a pleasure meeting Jamie. He and his partner did an awesome job. I will always call C and M Plumbing for our plumbing needs. They were able to come out the next day. Jamie is very knowledgeable about his job and explained everything. He even took the time to show me what was causing the problem and offered solutions. I also appreciate that they didn't leave the yard a mess, considering all the rain lately. You could barely tell they were there. I received great customer service and that to me is priceless.
