They never talk down to you here or pressure you for services. They are always available to answer questions and help you in any way they can. “I like the Gastonia, NC PetSmart, the staff are always helpful and friendly. The only negative is staffing. The checkout line is always long because they only have one cashier. Does this happen because they have job openings but nobody applies to work there? Or is this corporates idea of cutting back on cost? Either way it is annoying to stand in the long checkout line, but that is not the fault of the employees that work there. That cashier probably wishes there was another cashier to help when the checkout line is so long.“

“It's usually hard to get to a human on the phone which is why it's only 4 stars. Other than that, the staff are great. Appointments are on time and easy to schedule when you need it. Their online portal has great records of your pet.“
