Jeremiah was very prompt and detailed on his explanation of what needed to be done to complete my repairs. He sent me a text to let me know he was on his way as well as a follow up call to let me know when he would arrive. Very professional experience.
We couldn't be happier with the service that Cool Tech and Randy provided to us. After using an incompetent HVAC company that left my family sitting in an 85 degree house for 7 days, Randy had the problem fixed within minutes. It is truly such a difference going with a small, independent, local company. From the initial phone call that was answered by the owner, Randy, to the very very quick response time, the quality of work and ease of billing. I will be recommending Cool Tech to all of my Friends, Family, Co Workers, and anyone who needs HVAC work.
Jeremiah Leemasters was a joy to work with and helped improve the efficiency of our heating and cooling system after we suffered a compressor failure from a 5 year old Lennox system haphazardly installed by our builder and not registered as it was supposed to be to invoke warranty It would have been out of warranty anyway because the house was started in 2018. If it had registered I might have had a leg to stand on but it wasn’t. Jeremiah offered three solutions a simple replacement the compressor, new condenser unit and an upgrade to a more efficient dual fuel unit utilizing 17.5 SEER heat pump and use my existing coil and gas furnace.
