We couldn't be happier with the service that Cool Tech and Randy provided to us. Jeremiah Leemasters was a joy to work with and helped improve the efficiency of our heating and cooling system after we suffered a compressor failure from a 5 year old Lennox system haphazardly installed by our builder and not registered as it was supposed to be to invoke warranty It would have been out of warranty anyway because the house was started in 2018. If it had registered I might have had a leg to stand on but it wasn’t. Jeremiah offered three solutions a simple replacement the compressor, new condenser unit and an upgrade to a more efficient dual fuel unit utilizing 17.5 SEER heat pump and use my existing coil and gas furnace.
