I just wanted to let current Friendly customers and potential customers know that the Friendly staff gave me a true 5 Star experience. I had contacted them to give me a price on a new system for a relative who is in the hospital. Sean Parries came to the house and quickly analyzed the situation and told me that the system did not need to be replaced at this time and recommended a cleaning and diagnostic service which I scheduled for the next week.
