Honestly the best urgent care experience. Very little wait time, I went twice, once with an appointment and again as a walk in. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Check in was super easy. All the health care professionals who work there were the best. The nurse was super helpful especially and took the time to really educate me on what was going on. This not only was helpful for my understanding of how to take care of myself but was empowering. Truly an amazing health care experience in a climate where that is nearly impossible achieve. Thank you UNC Urgent Care at Park West Village.
Chronically short on providers, long wait times, and they seem burnt out when they do meet with you. You might as well spend the time and effort driving elsewhere. It'll be faster and better
Everyone here took very good care of me.Have been here before, hopefully won't have to but will definitely go back if needed.The expected wait time feature on their website is very helpful.
