I like that the Morrisville, NC The Exercise Coach studio is small & that it is not crowded, so I don’t feel the need to wear a mask.I love that there’s a really smart scale there that I can access & its app can also access my Fitbit- I noticed %fat showed up in my Fitbit after using the scale, and my weight from that scale also showed up in my Fitbit app.I love that a coach is with us 100% of the time. Coaches are very professional, patient and helpful, reminding us of proper form & letting us know when we near the end of each exercise on a machine. I love TEC! I joined The Exercise Coach (TEC) to help me with my new and much needed health journey moving forward. I started TEC shortly after completing a long journey of surgery and recovery, and 6 months of harsh chemo. I was looking for a different and effective way to build up my strength and help me recover through a steady program. All I knew is that if I could commit to an entire 10 month journey with surgery, chemo and radiation, with an additional 18 +/- months of overall recovery, I knew I could commit to a steady resistance training program, and I feel great during and after every session. Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and I love the workouts! I’ve never really worked out before - tried all sorts of gyms and other programs and nothing worked - until The Exercise Coach!
