The concept of 20 minute, 2X week workouts for improved health goals is surprising yet effective. A huge bonus is that there’s individualized coaching and no waiting for machines. In eight sessions I am already pleased with the improvement in my overall muscle strength and stamina. Typical “gym rats” may want more of an athletic club environment or longer sessions, and more workouts but more is not necessarily any more effective. I’m excited to continue my Exercise Coach regimen in the months to come and appreciate the friendly professionalism of the trainers and the size and location of the studio.
I like that the Morrisville, NC The Exercise Coach studio is small & that it is not crowded, so I don’t feel the need to wear a mask.I love that there’s a really smart scale there that I can access & its app can also access my Fitbit- I noticed %fat showed up in my Fitbit after using the scale, and my weight from that scale also showed up in my Fitbit app.I love that a coach is with us 100% of the time. Coaches are very professional, patient and helpful, reminding us of proper form & letting us know when we near the end of each exercise on a machine. I love TEC! I joined The Exercise Coach (TEC) to help me with my new and much needed health journey moving forward. I started TEC shortly after completing a long journey of surgery and recovery, and 6 months of harsh chemo. I was looking for a different and effective way to build up my strength and help me recover through a steady program. All I knew is that if I could commit to an entire 10 month journey with surgery, chemo and radiation, with an additional 18 +/- months of overall recovery, I knew I could commit to a steady resistance training program, and I feel great during and after every session.
