“After a series of unfortunate events after purchasing our home a few years ago we were told by our insurance company and multiple independent roofing companies that our roof was installed incorrectly. We were now faced with an unexpected home improvement project and a leak in our house. Ted, from Roofwerks was my last quote after going through 4-5 roofing contractors. Ted was able to come out on a Saturday and Tarp the roof to prevent further damage. That helped tremendously while we prepared to come up with the money. Fast forward a few weeks later, the crews came out and did very good job installing the roof. During the install Ted communicated updates and issues found after roof was removed. He kept me in the loop the entire time. This was quick, Ted took ownership of the replacement, he was scientific and even brought some out of the box thinking for my skylight. I appreciate that. Jill and Julie were great as when it came time to get things signed or get the dollars flowing, they were A1 and great to talk to.
