I am in the process of moving out of my apartment in Van Alen and Kelvin was super helpful in helping me move my large furniture! As a female trying to move out all by myself, I was super grateful to have someone as trustworthy and kind as Kelvin to help me out!

Daquan came to my apartment at Van Alen on a Friday evening and spent over an hour helping me get my A/C up and running. Super nice guy and he got the A/C back and cold for the weekend. Really appreciate him and the work he did (especially on a Friday evening on short notice).

Love this property management company. Excellent staff. Very customer service oriented. Work hard to fix any issues that arise. Always work hard to make things right too. Excellent!
