I have been bringing my family to Dr. Palazzo for many years. At first, because he was close to my work and after because he is the most knowledgeable and effective chiropractic clinician I have had the pleasure of knowing. Steve has met us where we are in every case - whether it was a treatment plan to deal with the aftereffects of an MVA or, as now, simple maintenance. I truly enjoy our chats and can echo the sentiment that he truly does care about his patients and wants us to be well, recommending whatever his vast experience and deep educational background says will accomplish that goal. Dr. Palazzo is the best! He truly cares about his patients and takes the extra time to discuss everything and educate you. I have been to other chiropractors and I will only use him from now on. You can tell how much he loves helping people.

I started going here when I moved to the area a few months ago. Working from home has definitely done a number on me. Dr. Palazzo is incredible and offers very individualized care that fit my needs. Emily at the front desk is very friendly, a pleasure to talk with, and is able to find a time that always works for me. Definately recommend 10/10
