Was understanding of my fears of dentists, was patient with me and was accommodating. Was there for a pulled tooth that was broken and nerve exposed. Other offices I called told me 5 months and 2 months wait for me to get the tooth pulled. It took 4 days here and that was only because I had an infection otherwise they'd have pulled it 4 days ago. Highly recommend this place to everyone in need of dental work.

I would like to say my father got best treatment with Ideal Dental from Dr Vanessa Thomas. She was so patience while extraction half broken wisdom tooth. Even supporting staff was so helpful in answering all our queries.

The hygienist and dentist were both incredibly thorough in their explanations of what they were doing and what needed to be done. The front desk staff is also very thorough in explaining costs and insurance and appeasing hectic schedules. And all staff are remarkably friendly and polite! The dentist office can sometimes be a stressful experience but everyone at this location is exceptionally patient and kind.
