I run an community theater for the past 5 years. Being able to send out email blasts when we have a new performance is critical. We use iContact to do this. Emails are delivered on time to my customers' inboxes. We love the SimpleTix integration. So after each ticket order from my SimpleTix site, the new contact is automatically added to my contact list in iContact.

I have been using Icontact for email marketing for the past 2 years and we have had a pretty good experience overall. The interface is fairly intuitive and the webinars are very helpful. We have the plan that pairs us with a strategic advisor and it is great.The person we have now goes above and beyond to help out and always has so much to bring to the table. We have two phone calls a month with our strategist and we regularly fill up an hour easy analyzing data and strategizing for future sends.
