“You know that old adage “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”? Well, when it comes to Raffi Peterson and Bella Chen you can ignore that old adage. What they tell you they can do will sound too good to be true, but if you say “yes” to their offer, you will soon find out that what they will do for you is even above and beyond what they tell you they can do. With Raffi and Bella as our advocates, we now have a beautiful brand new roof entirely paid for by our insurance company. And the roof they got the insurance company to replace was at least 20 years old, so we knew we would have to replace it soon anyway. We just had no idea there was a way to get the insurance company to pay the full cost of the replacement – and to do so hassle-free! They even got the company to agree to pay for internal damage to the house (spots on ceilings, leaks, etc.) due to the problems with our previous roof. When the paperwork arrived confirming approval of our claim, Raffi and Bella carefully took us through the documents explaining what everything meant, including all the unfamiliar jargon, so that we would understand the process and were reassured that the insurance company would pay (which they did without any hassles or delays). From the first to last step of the process Raffi and Bella took care of all of the details, planning and execution. They filed the claim on our behalf, served as contact point for the insurance company, including dealing directly with the adjusters, arranged for the crew and clean-up, and followed up to ensure that the work met their high standards. The crew Raffi and Bella sent was highly professional and got the job done in one day, including complete clean-up of the surroundings once the job was completed. We are delighted with our new roof and are already receiving compliments on it (including one from a real estate agent)! “After attending the Home and Patio Show here in Jacksonville Florida I signed up for a estimate from 2 gutter companies and both can within a few days one at 3:00pm the other at 5:00pm both were very professional and knowledgeable about the process and the problem with our gutters. So the first company gave a estimate thousands over the American Gutter company price. There prices were in line with what the first company started after the coupons and rebates. Make sure you get more than 1 estimate! The first company I told him we didn’t go with them because they started with the price of almost $6,000 and started reducing the cost, I told the guy if he had started with a realistic price we could have considered them. American Gutter installed our gutters with the Splash guards and the gutter guards and there price started half the cost of the first company. So do yourself and your wallet a break by getting more than 1 estimate! All American Gutter thanks for your service!!!“

“It’s really like having a brand-new house! We hired Raleigh Windows & Siding to replace the siding and trim on the exterior of our house. The project manager, Andrew, and his crews did a great job with this project. There were specific work crews for each phase of the project. All were respectful of our property and kept work areas organized when they were gone for the day.The process from original estimate to completion was well coordinated and we were lucky that the siding, paint and gutter crews had good weather to complete the job. Andrew was very helpful in suggesting changes that improved the exterior look. For example, removing the eave vents and upgrading existing crawlspace door with a custom PVC door. The choice of pre-painted wood grain texture LP® SmartSide® trim and siding drew positive comments from our neighbors. All throughout the process, Andrew readily answered all our questions.Being an older home, we did encounter some rot. While most was minor and was easily handled by the crew, more extensive rot was encountered around the chimney (woodpeckers are fine birds but seem to love Masonite). The scope of the repair work was a bit more than the siding crew could handle, so Andrew was able to get a framing carpenter to perform the repair and keep us on track.We very highly recommend the work of Raleigh Windows & Siding.“
