I’ve been owning homes for over ten years now and I can say Brice Witter is by far the best home walk through inspectors I have ever dealt with. If you’re looking for someone to do your walkthrough please ask for Brice you won’t be disappointed!

All issues and concerns that came up on my 12 months warranty were addressed in a timely manner. Brice ensured, that even what I thought were minor issues, were addressed. I am satisfied with the warranty service received.
