A severe thunderstorm caused our CPI alarm to activate. CPI called and we stated that were not at home and believed that the issue was caused by the storm. Three hours later.....We arrived at home to a blaring alarm that had been squaking for hours. CPI callled again about the alarm and motion detected when we entered. That's when we encountered Horrible Henry. He claimed to be the "supervisor", but he was rude, impatient and condescending as we tried to comprehend how/why this was happening. Although the service is expensive, it had been great until this point. CPI should be embarrassed to have an employee who was so unprofessional!

CPI HAS THE WORST CONTRACT OF ANYTHING ON THE PLANET! They lock you in on a five year contract and if you have any problems they are slow to address them if you want to terminate you agreement you are required to pay full for the remainder of the contract

Unfortunately, cannot recommend CPI security system. The security system did not work correctly most of the time. We had multiple sensors that did not work correctly, CPI worker claimed to have fixed. Technical support failed to fix these sensors, as well as set up the remote we had for the security system. Upon moving, we attempted to cancel the membership. They will not allow us to cancel without paying over $1,000. They claimed there was an agreement for 34 month lease. I had them send the paperwork - which had never been signed by myself or CPI staff. Dacia T. was of no help over the phone, threatening phone recorded agreements, although there was never discussion regarding 34 month lease.
