I went to Ulta looking for eyeliner and mascara on a budget, so I told myself I wasn't going to buy anything if it wasn't on sale. I asked for help and Austin was there to assist immediately. They didn't have any sales at the time but he was extremely helpful in finding affordable products that met my expectations and I ended up spending less than I expected. He even went out of his way to show me pictures for reference on these products to ensure I was getting exactly what I was looking for.
Ulta did contact me, they offered a refund, I happily accepted. I'm glad the store manager actually read my review. I'll shop in Ulta for product, will not go Tobin store salon again.
