“Talked to Kristina and she had Steve come out within a day of calling them. Had quite a few leaks that needed patching. Steve was great. It’s very hard to chase down a leaky roof, so I had to wait about a week before it started raining to see if leaks got fixed. Well, two leaks were still there. That wasn’t anything that could have been foreseen. I called and let them a message and they came out right away and fixed the leaks! We were very happy with material specs and especially pleased with workmanship, expertise and versatility. There were areas where due to previous defective installation his team had to take down cedar shake siding, and replace it, doing so seamlessly.
