The staff here is sweet and compassionate. They are friendly from the minute you walk in the door. They listen to your concerns and needs, almost like family does. I highly recommend them to anyone

This is the best place I have been for medical care as a pcp. The staff and the doctors are all very professional and always go beyond to help their patients get everything they need.

Hello, I'm just putting in my two cents worth on my personal experience at PSALMS Urgent Care in Morganton. So in my 4 years of going there I have never had any negative issues with the place. Even the times they were busy, it still was pleasant on every account.. now I'd be glad to let you know of Doctors offices where you better pack a lunch... But for me personally again. Two thumbs up for PSALMS in Morganton..
