WOW… responded within 20 minutes. Was here the next day! And on time!!!! I was impressed. Also, replaced my hot water heater within 4 hours… that included a trip to Lowes for new heater and parts needed. Took off old heater and left my place spotless! A very nice, pleasant, efficient plumber. Wastes no time getting the job done. Again, I was impressed! Thank you so much!

I called John Burns this morning and he was at my house in the afternoon. It was a small job but we really appreciated his quick response. He was professional and courteous. John’s charges were very reasonable and I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

They made repairs and installed a new toilet and tackled a tough sink problem. They did great! John was a trooper. Very helpful. Great communication with arrival times and plans for repair.
