Overall, positive experience with Benjamin Franklin. Our technician, Jason did an outstanding job of troubleshooting a very difficult and tiny leak. I appreciate that he didn’t give up, found, and repaired the leak in a short time at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to use Ben Franklin, and request Jason again.

Cody and Josh are fantastic at their job,very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns, their work in replacement of my water heater was outstanding,cleaned up afterwards and hauled off the old water heater, I highly recommend them.

Buck was on time and did a great job assessing the situation. He was able to assess the situation and found that I did not need a new part after all. And since he didn't have to change a part out and had the time, he offered to complete another plumbing item on my list that I had asked him about. I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism!
