The staff here really cared about our dog who had never been to a groomers before. Our dog is very anxious around strangers and in new situations. The moment we walked in, one of the groomers came to greet us and spent a lot of time getting to know our dog and making her feel comfortable. They seem to really care about my dog and our experience with them. It took about 3 hours for them to wash, clip nails, and brush our dogs' teeth. I'm really impressed with our first experience here!
This local owned business rocks. Their prices are fair. Customer service is tops. Of course, my doxie, Rose, may differ in opinion. She is an absolute baby when in for a nail trim. But, they got those nails done. Took a little longer and I could hear the trimmer talking baby talk to Rose to encourage her. Baby talk to my Rose?! Oh yeah I'm loving it.
Since I am going on and on, there was a beautiful German Shepard in the back also and he was being a big baby like Rose and he was getting sweet talked too.
Saturdays are $10 special for trimming nails. Can you even stand it?
