The Instructors are fantastic, they work very well with my kid who has ADHD. They will pull aside for personal instruction if needed. The staff does their best to accomadate every student of all skill levels. We have noticed a remarkable improvement in our child, well worth the investment in your child. Love there school, and staff ..We can't say enough about how great the family that runs the whole school..I am a very hard sell and after 7 plus years my opinion is still the same ....thanks for all they do for the students/families and the community you all a truly special and Loved emencly..Mark A Ligi owner of Mark 1 Improvements and a Dad to a much-loved student....

Myself and my 3 sons take classes here. My oldest 2 started 4 years ago and are both 1st degree black belts. My youngest started about 2 years ago and I just started about 2-3 months ago. We have always enjoyed the classes. Love the flexibility of the classes offered throughout the week. Great for busy families with multiple kids and multiple activities. Kids learn discipline and the skills to defend themselves. All while maintaining and improving fitness levels.
