These guys have replaced units for me at two different homes, installed a new mini split and always been available when trouble shooting any issue I may have had. They kept my ancient unit running until I was ready to replace it. They always take my phone call and show up when they say they will. They stay late to finish the job. They have taken on remodel projects other companies ghosted me on and tackle our area's finicky inspector with professionalism. Cannot recommend enough!

Conditioning 100% everyday, our air conditioner completely went out and we were without AC for 3 days. I reached out to Brad at Dowty and that day he came and checked out our unit and the next day we had a new one. Great customer service, they go above and beyond to make you feel good.
